Fall Cooking Classes with Chef Judi

I am so excited to announce that this Fall I will begin hosting regular cooking classes in my home!

Each class will be limited to 12 participants.  I do this so that everyone will have a chance to get involved as much as they want.  This could be chopping, stirring, or any number of activities.

Class will start at 10:00am and go 2-3 hours. There will be plenty of time to talk, have fun and taste lots of good food and drink. Costs of all classes will be $75, unless otherwise noted.

For my first class, I thought I would do a class of Southern recipes, from books like Heritage. This honors my heritage and gives you a different spin on classic southern cuisine.

  • Pimento cheese & crackers
  • Preserved lemons (for vinaigrette)
  • Pan-Roasted Chicken Breast with Crispy Collards
  • Farro risotto (farotto) with Acorn Squash and Kale
  • Apple Sorghum Stack cake
