Grandmother’s Fudgy Frosted Brownies
I used milk but you can use your preference
pure vanilla extract
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Let boil for 4 minutes, while constantly stirring.
Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips, salt and vanilla.
Stir until chocolate has melted and it is smooth.
Pour over brownies and let set-up for 2 hours. You can refrigetrate them, but it is optional. Let them cool completely before cutting.
Cut into 24 brownies and serve.
